Amazing tour. Natalie was the best guide. We were so wowed. It rained buckets and she was so professional and carried on. I highly recommend this tour.

Nathalie provided interesting information, however was disorganised and all over the place. The appearance of a guide, meeting people was not organised well. She should have stayed at the centre of the square and hold her flag high. Instead she stayed at the corner and her flag was small and invisible

My appearance is always impeccable. The meeting point is always at Palazzo degli Elefanti, it is your problem if you cannot read the instructions. Noone has ever described me as disorganised but the complete opposite. Clearly you have an inferiority complex which is conveyed in your ridiculous and preposterous and childish personal attack.
