You had already taken a different tour in the city before booking mine, and had you mentioned that, I would have gladly tailored the experience to show you different places. I work hard to make my tours unique, To describe the experience as a repeat of another tour, especially when I made an effort to include exclusive spots, is unfair. It would have been helpful if you had communicated this concern before the tour, as I would have been happy to make adjustments for you. While I appreciate your kind words about the tour being pleasant, I believe your review doesn’t fully reflect the unique aspects of the experience I provide. I value honest feedback and would encourage future guests to reach out if they have specific preferences so I can offer the best experience possible.
