We walked past different markets and stalls where Sharon explained the different types of food to us and te way locals experience the food. She also explained about other things in Kenyan culture and always gave is the opportunity to ask questions and to go see and experience everything. There is also a chance to taste or buy some food, we even got to try and make some chapati. So make sure you are hungry when you come. Sharon was just the nicest guide. She took some pictures of us, was very interested in us and really made sure we had the best experience. I would definitely recommend this to see a different side of Nairobi.

Absolutely loved this tour, she guides you through local markets and food stops and chooses places she has vetted that are safe and hygienic. She avoids routes through dangerous areas and was able to provide a wonderful overview of food from street food to higher class cuisine. Come hungry. (Street food was the best)

Book her while you can. She takes you to places that she is familiar with the vendor and their cleanliness. Very intelligent and honest. She helped me with my 7month old so much. She takes initiative and just extremely helpful. Definitely recommend

Sharon was a great tour leader. Lots information about food culture and habit of her country in general, she made has feel very safe with her calm and polite way of talking with people.
