Sono un cantante / cantautore nato a Liverpool e iniziato come guida musicale a Liverpool circa 4 anni fa. Ho sempre avuto una passione per l'era Merseybeat e la stessa città di Liverpool con la sua storia molto colorata. Quindi è stata una scelta semplice per me diventare una guida turistica per la mia città. Cerco di incapsulare un po 'della mia passione in ogni tour e di accompagnarlo con una piccola melodia o tre anche in ciascuno dei miei viaggi. Spero di offrirti un po 'di arguzia, umorismo, divertimento e storia da "Scouse" a Liverpool in uno dei miei tour una volta terminata questa pandemia. Spero di vedervi presto!

I had an amazing experience on the Beatles city tour in Liverpool! Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing a deep understanding of The Beatles' history. He delivered the story in a fun and theatrical way, making it engaging and memorable. Even though there were just two of us, he provided a wealth of information with great energy and enthusiasm. The tour lasted 4.5 hours, extended specifically for our benefit, which made it even more personal. This was, without a doubt, the best tour I’ve ever been on – a fantastic, unforgettable experience! Highly recommended for Beatles fans!

Since 2023 I have been trying to book this tour with the guru but no luck, sometimes its covid sometimes its work and now it was rescheduled. I would simply advise you to dont bother booking this tour since the chances of it happening are really slim

Hi Slaven, Sorry to hear of your misfortune regarding my tour. Even though I have to hold down my job, I can usually accommodate an alternative time for all bookers working around those hours, yourself included! If you read them, most of my other reviews reflect this point! The Covid guidelines you refer to no longer apply to my tour, of course! They are in a section I don't have access to now though. All I can say is I apologise for your disappointment in trying to boo my tour. If you are returning to Liverpool at any point, try me again and if working, I will do my best to accommodate your tour at the next most convenient time for you! Kind regards, Jimmy-Tour guide

Jimmy is not able to do the tour at the advertised time due to his work commitments. It is disappointing as he is aware that he can’t do the tour at that time but he is not able to change the times on the GuruWalk website. We booked the tour but were not able to rearrange our schedule to suit Jimmy’s other commitments. We were very disappointed. Do not book with Jimmy unless you have unlimited extra time to suit his work schedule.

Hi David, What a pity we couldn't arrange a walking tour for you. As I have work commitments that I have to abide by, it's not always possible for me to meet my bookers. So this is the reason why I have to try and arrange the walking tour outside of my working hours. I'm sorry to hear of your disappointment but I would hope the poor rating is no reflection on the quality of my tour itself? All I can suggest is instead of disrupting your own time schedule, keep in mind my later start time, so whenever you return to Liverpool again, please consider booking me for the afternoon tour (Usually 1500 hours on Guruwalk with the exception of weekend days.@ 1400.) I will then arrange to meet you at the later time of 1700 hours when I'm free of my work commitments. We had a wonderful late afternoon/evening tour with Jimmy. He is very knowledgable and passionate about both his city, Liverpool, and the Beatles and their history. He interjects humour and song into his story telling. He went out of his way to show us many hidden treasures and made our tour genuinely very interesting and entertaining. I’d highly recommend a tour with Jimmy!
