Kenaw

I had a great tour with Kenaw today. I am a solo female traveller but felt totally safe and looked after doing this trip. Kenaw gave the option to hire a car as well as the walk which meant we could do and see more in the time which was great. We visited some interesting places and Kenaw was able to give lots of information which was really informative. We also had lunch and a coffee at two different great spots. Kena is the best tour guide I've met in my life!! I went with him for a full day tour in Addis during my layover. With him, I not only have a tour around the city of Addis and also learned a lot of cultures, history, religion knowledge of this country filled with rich history. You don't even have to have Birr cash, just wait him to pick you from your hotel or the airport with his car, and then he'll help you to change birr from dollars or Euro as long as you inform him how much you need in advance. He's such a professional guide with tourism management degree, that's why he did so great. Within one day we visited museums, the church, market and Sheraton hotel to see the ancient and modern part of the city. You can feel free to customise your tour plan with him, he'll definitely give you a good memories in Addis. ETHIOPIA is a beautiful country with beautiful people and beautiful culture. You won't regret to visit it. It's so different from other parts of Africa. By the way, he is also a professional photographer. So you'll get a lot of great photos of the life.
