We are a young team that left Spain in 2009 and we are in London to create this beautiful project. At the request of our "walkers" we grew up in Paris, Dublin, Berlin, Malaga, Cordoba and Budapest, teaching these cities to thousands of Spanish speakers. We are professional guides and we are madly in love with every corner of the cities we teach.
From the beginning of November until the beginning of the new year, London shines in a unique way thanks to its Christmas lights. Discover with our Spanish-speaking guide the curiosities of the city and this holiday, as well as its main corners illuminated exclusively on the Free Christmas Tour in London .
We will stroll through the main shopping streets and points of interest in London's West End , such as Piccadilly Circus , Covent Garden Market , Regent Street and Carnaby Street , which during this time dress up in their finest clothes to shine in all their splendour.
We will also learn about English traditions such as Boxing Day or the speech of the Royal House every December 25, the origin of the Christmas tree , the meaning of the word " Christmas " or the story of Santa Claus and his custom of giving coal to children who misbehave.
A visit to one of London's Christmas markets is a must on our tour, for example, the one in Leicester Square , one of the most beautiful in the city. Here we will see numerous stalls selling crafts, decorations and typical dishes such as " Mince Pie " or " Mulled Wine ". In addition, during this Christmas fair, various shows are held in the tent set up in the square.
We will end our walk around the Covent Garden area, where we will discover the most beautiful Christmas tree in the city and finish soaking up the wonderful Christmas atmosphere of the British capital.
