Victor Hugo es un genio! La ruta fue espectacular, súper entretenido, se extendió por más de 4 hs nos enseñó recetas , nos llevó a lugares clásicos, café, churros , anticuchos y pisco sour . Es increíble compartir cosas y hablar de cocina con personas tan cálidas y sensibles. Super recomendable. Un 10

The guide was very enthusiastic and showed a lot of things. For me it was a bit overwhelming though because I was the only one in the group and the tour took about 5 hours, in which the guide constantly kept talking and giving information to me. At some point I couldn’t absorb any more and I was just a bit tired. Also I expected the tour to be more food oriented than it turned out to be. We visited a couple of places but I don’t have the feeling I can grasp the food culture of Lima now.
Tuve una experiencia excelente con Víctor! Probé comida y café local, conocí a sitios escondidos donde solamente los locales van, y aprendí mucha historia sobre Lima en el transcurso del tour. Era como un tour gastronómico y histórico combinado! Víctor pasó casi 7 horas conmigo, algo que aprecio mucho. Nunca se sentía afán ni presión, era como pasar el día con un amigo. Gracias por lo que estás haciendo Victor, y por haber compartido tu amor a la gastronomía peruana conmigo. 10/10!
