In love with my city, I would like to expose it to those who want to know it, I invite you to have an unforgettable experience in one of the longest-lived cities in our country and to do it with someone who wants to convey that affection about it.
The route begins in Plaza del Cabildo , under the clock and the Barbiana bar, here we will discover that Sanlúcar was the door to America , we continue in Plaza de San Roque where we will talk about the churches and convents and we will pass through the market , Covachas, Cuesta de Bethlehem , where we will explain the monuments through which we pass, we continue through the Orleans Borbon Palace , we will talk about it and we will go up to the Medina Sidonia Palace and the parish church of La O, we will go up Luis de Eguilaz street and we will talk about the monument to the circumnavigation of the Jesuit convent and Casa de la Cilla , we continue along the Callejón de la Comedia where we will talk about its wineries and history, we arrive at the Castillo de Santiago , where I will tell you something about its history and curiosities. We will continue our tour going down the lane of San Diego and Santo Domingo street here we will talk about the houses of Cargadores de Indias , arriving at the church of Santo Domingo, we will pass through the streets of Diego Benítez, Santa Ana and Bolsa and we will talk about its history , typical houses and gossip.
Finally we will arrive at Plaza del Cabildo where the route ends.
Note:
- The time is approximate since it is a walk through the streets of Sanlúcar and depending on the free and interesting places that we find open.
- I recommend doing the tour on school mornings from Monday to Friday, these days there are more places open to the public such as churches or the Orleans and Bourbon Palace.
