to begin this amazing adventure through the Cinta Costera, Mercado de Mariscos and Casco Viejo de Panama, which is a charming cobblestone street in the Casco Antiguo. With a history dating back to 1673 and filled with splendid colonial architecture, this UNESCO World Heritage Site is today one of the liveliest districts in Panama City. There are local and indigenous arts and crafts in Casco Antiguo.

We will meet at the oldest café in all of Panama, which is located on 12th Street known as; Café Coca Cola exactly on the outside of the establishment.
Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
