    Dehli Gate

Greetings, esteemed guests. This is the beginning of our tour. The Delhi Gate. It is situated on the eastern side of the city and it faces Delhi, which was the capital of the Mughal empire. This gate was the main entrance for the Mughal royalty, who used to pass through it with their splendid entourage. The gate was guarded by loyal soldiers who opened it at dawn and closed it at dusk every day. This was a sign of respect and security for the imperial family.
