In 10 years as a tour guide I've had the oportunity to show people from different parts of the world the history, gastronomy, heritage, culture and beer origins of Valparaiso and other cities in Chile. Those are exactly the topics I want everyone viisting Chile to know and enjoy.
The 500 years of history of Valparaíso are seen in every single hidden passage, steep stairways, astonishing viewpoints, majestic palaces and hanging-off-the-hill houses of this magical city.
The idea of this tour is to emphasize the places located in the foundational area which is actually protected by UNESCO. I am going to show you the history behind the walls, explain the architecture of the city and tell some unbelievable anecdotes.
