The tour finishes at São Bento Square, next to São Bento subway station (blue line), and near the Municipal Market.

República Square, next to the Tourist Information Center (subway station: República). Our guides will be wearing red T-shirts and holding a red sign written “São Paulo Free Walking Tour”, and also a red umbrella.
Among icon buildings we see located Old Downtown, one of them is Copan building - the largest residencial building in Latin America!
One of the amazing cultural spaces we see in our Old Downtown tour is the Municipal Theater, built in 1911, with fun facts we tell during our tour.
During the tour we see the six most important churches located in the historical center, such as the beautiful Sé Cathedral.
We visit the old financial district of the city, where the big banks were located in the past, like Banespa building (or the new name: Farol Santander), and other iconic buildings in the area.
We finish in front of the Monastery of Saint Benedictine, at São Bento square (subway station: São Bento). It’s near the Municipal Market (we talk about it during the tour), easy and worth to check it out!
Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
