Hola! My name is Alberto from Miami.I have more than 15 years as a tour guide or tour director. As a tour guide, I do love sharing with enthusiasm the history, architecture and the rich culture of the little havana neighborhood, the amazing and breathtaking street art in Wynwood district or a short walk by the Miami Beach learning about the coastal systems. I love to share my acknowledge in the vibrant city of Miami in all aspect. I’m a very creative and fun person who likes meeting new people, and who passionately loves this work in tourism. I also like to combine storytelling with tasting some drinks like the cortadito (Cuban coffee), pastelitos (turnover) or guarapo (sugar cane drink). They are delicious and they are part of the rich diversity that Miami have to offer.
Learn all about Cuban culture in Miami on this walking tour of Little Havana.
We'll visit important Cuban landmarks such as Cuban Memorial Park and the Bay of Pigs Monument, listening to in-depth commentary about Cuban heritage, music and art in Miami.
I will take you to a local farmer’s market, cigar shops, taste the best Cuban coffee, and show you places where you can get empanadas (turnovers), local ice cream inspired by the Cuban flavors and Guava pastries, among other delicacies.
As We walk through Little Havana, learn the history and stories that keep the neighborhood vibrant, from public artwork to the game-playing regulars at Domino Park. You will get a local's perspective on this vibrant, and colorful community.
