Spanish resident in France. I know the Carcassonne region and its tourist resources very well. Interested in history, mountaineering and skiing enthusiast.
Visit of the city of Carcassonne.
Duration: 2 or 3 hours
We will start with the lower part, which is the least known and is really the center of the town.
From there we will cross the Aude river to access the upper part, which is the historic complex. It is a climb of about ten minutes with quite a steep slope.

This part of the city is home to the main attractions, with the corresponding restaurants and shopping places where you can take home a souvenir of the region.
During this tour I will discuss the history of the place with interesting facts.
Outside of this tour I can provide individual information about restaurants or places of interest in the surrounding area.
The tour will start at Carcassonne train station and end at the same location.
In front of the train station near the main entrance. I will be carrying a green backpack.
